Survived By: Pauline is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Dean and Lisa Audet of Woodstock; a daughter and son-in-law, Laurie and David Colbourn of Yalesville; four brothers, Lucien Lavertu of East Hartford, Norman Lavertu of Maine, Hervie Lavertu of Maine, and Elmer Lavertu of California; four sisters, Bernice Roy of Ellington, Dorothy Leslie of Maryland, Yvette Gendreau of Maine, and Violette Chamberland of Maine; five grandchildren, Megan, Emily, and Michael Audet, and Erin and Ryan Colbourn; and many nieces and nephews.

Pauline L. (Lavertu) Audet, 70, of Bristol, Widow of Edouard A. Audet, died Friday, July 16, 2010 at the Hartford Hospital. Pauline was born in Madawaska, ME on December 16, 1939 and was a daughter of the late Ernest and Winnie (Caron) Lavertu. She has resided in Bristol since 1959 and prior to retiring, she was employed at CIGNA. She was a member of St. Ann Church, Ladies of St. Ann Society, LaRencontre, and she volunteered at the Bristol Hospital. Pauline is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Dean and Lisa Audet of Woodstock; a daughter and son-in-law, Laurie and David Colbourn of Yalesville; four brothers, Lucien Lavertu of East Hartford, Norman Lavertu of Maine, Hervie Lavertu of Maine, and Elmer Lavertu of California; four sisters, Bernice Roy of Ellington, Dorothy Leslie of Maryland, Yvette Gendreau of Maine, and Violette Chamberland of Maine; five grandchildren, Megan, Emily, and Michael Audet, and Erin and Ryan Colbourn; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a brother Manus Lavertu. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 19, 2010, 9 AM from Funk Funeral Home, 35 Bellevue Ave., Bristol, to St. Ann Church for a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated at 10 AM. Entombment will follow in the Holy Family Mausoleum at St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol.
